Being reading this book recently as part of LEAP. I find the most interesting part is where they talk about 5 different kinds of leaders; compulsive, narcissistic, paranoid, codependent, passive-agressive. It got me thinking not about what kind of leader i am, but rather what kind of person I am. You do not have to be a leader to think about such stuff. No real conclusion yet. There's some checklist n stuff n then can compare but haven't really got down to trying it yet. Besides, i think its just trying to arbitarise (try to put numbers into stuff) sth that cannot be calculated by numbers.
